Scheduling In Sam Broadcaster

Hi all,
I have been wondering if you can schedule station ID's and Promos to play in Sam Broadcaster. like can you schedule a promo to play every say, half hour, and a station ID to play after every song?
I'd really appreciate anyone's help on this.

Is Sam Broadcaster accessible? I have heard from friends that Station Playlist Studio is really accessible.
